1. The online participant takes full responsibility for their success, failures, and actions during and after the Aircrete Dome Online Workshop (hereafter referred to as “the workshop”).

2.  The online participant understands that the activities demonstrated throughout the workshop may potentially be hazardous and does take full responsibility for their own personal protection when carrying out any of those actions following the workshop. Any activities undertaken by the online participant are done so at their own risk.

3.  The Online Participant shall not make any Claim or Demand against Aircrete Dome Academy for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, any claim or demand arising as a result of any action, default, commission, or negligence of Aircrete Dome Academy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. The Online Participant accepts that Aircrete Dome Academy will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs, or expenses, which may arise in consequence of the online participant building their own structures.

5.  The Online Participant must comply with all current laws and must indemnify and keep Aircrete Dome Academy indemnified against any claim or demand arising from a breach or alleged breach of any law by an Online Participant.

6. The Online Participate acknowledges that the presenters and instructors at this event are not qualified builders or registered tradespeople.

7. Any Participant wanting to explore the use of Aircrete for a dwelling or housing project must consult their own local council and follow the guidelines to have their project approved. They must also consult their own engineer to ensure that any structure on their own property is engineered specifically for their site conditions and that the product complies with all building regulations.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
